Ann relocated from Martha’s Vineyard in 2000, and brought her equestrian lifestyle and real estate experience to the “Winter Equestrian Capital of the World.” Ann has a Juris Doctorate degree (a lawyer) and incorporates her legal training so her clients consistently receive meticulous attention to every detail that ensures smooth transactions. This includes contract language and administration, financing issues, and skillfully negotiating highly complex transactions.
